Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because each session runs up to three hours, last-minute changes make it very difficult to fill the chair — so we ask everyone to honour the policy below.

Deposits

All new bookings require a $75 non-refundable deposit, applied in full toward your service. The deposit confirms your appointment and compensates preparation time — custom pigment mixing, mapping guides, and sterilized setup arranged before you arrive.

Rescheduling & cancelling

Life happens. Reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours notice and your deposit moves to your new appointment, no questions asked. Changes inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is required to rebook.

No-shows forfeit the deposit and require prepayment in full to book again. We enforce this kindly but consistently — it is the only way to keep pricing fair for clients who show up.

Late arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require shortening or rescheduling your session so the next client is never kept waiting. If we must reschedule, the inside-48-hours terms apply.

Touch-up window

Your included perfection visit must be booked 6 to 10 weeks after the initial session. Missed windows can still be touched up, but standard touch-up pricing applies after 10 weeks.

Our promise back

If we ever need to move your appointment, you choose: priority rebooking at a time that suits you, or a full refund of your deposit. Fair is fair.
